Will I always have the same service provider?
Occasionally there may be a change in service providers due to illness, day off, vacation, or other
such reasons. Therefore, it is not possible for us to guarantee the same individual or team for each cleaning. In the event
of such an occurrence, we will find a replacement. Servisity Cleaning provides an extensive training program for each of
our employees to ensure consistent cleaning techniques throughout our staff. Please keep in mind that we will do our best
to provide you with your favorite service provider. top
Are all service providers trained and supervised?
Yes, prior to entering your home, Servisity Inc instructs our employees in the "art"
of cleaning. Employees are then assigned to trainers, who supervise them on their first several cleanings. After a
formal review with a trainer and management, the service provider is then assigned to a team. top
How do I pay for your services?
Servisity gladly accepts the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, cash, or check and even email money
transfer. Payment is due at the time of service. One-time cleanings require a cash payment. For your convenience, a credit
card number may be left on file with Servisity to use in the event you should forget to leave your payment at the time of
the cleaning. Otherwise, a $10.00 non-payment fee will be incurred. A $25.00 fee is applied to all returned checks. If you
use a credit card, your account will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, after each cleaning. top
What is the cancellation / reschedule policy ?
If it is necessary to cancel/skip your regular cleaning day, we require a 24-hour notification. If we receive
fewer than 24 hours notice, or cannot access your home, it will be necessary for us to charge the full price of your
cleaning. Future scheduled cleanings will remain unchanged. Please be sure to submit in writing (via email or fax)
any termination of regularly scheduled cleanings. Please do not inform the service team of any changes to your
schedule -- this must be done directly through our offices. top
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday that Servisity observes, we will contact you to reschedule your
cleaning. top
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, we have a gift certificate program which allows you to give a home cleaning to a friend or loved one.
Our gift certificates are great ideas for weddings, birthdays, new moms and dads, etc. top
What are some of your other services besides housecleaning?
We offer additional services from babysitting, pet sitting, dog walking, minor house/apartment repairs with
the help of our handymen to home networking and PC repair, and much more... Please contact our office for a complete listing of
services we offer. top
What should I do if something is broken by a house cleaner?
Our staff is always very careful not to disturb or damage anything in your home. However, should this happen
, please call our office to let us know. We will be happy to resolve the matter promptly and to your complete satisfaction. top
If I have pets, do I need to secure them while your team is cleaning?
Sometimes pets are afraid of new people coming into their homes. If you are not at home while we clean, we a
sk that you introduce your pet(s) to our employees on the first visit. Our employees are all animal-friendly. Should your pet(s)
be very protective of your home when you are away, we ask that you secure your pet(s). top
What if I would like something to be cleaned that is not part of your system?
Servisity offers a wide variety of additional home services and special projects that can be tailored to
your exact needs. Contact Servisity office for more information about specific projects and guidelines. top
Do I need to provide my own cleaning products?
Servisity will always arrive at your home in one of our cars with our own cleaning products and equipment.
All of our products are environmentally-preferable and are safe for small children and pets. Should you prefer to use your
own products and cleaning equipment, we will be more than happy to do that, however, the client must have a bucket, a broom
, a mop , paper towels, sponges and a dust pan in addition to a vacuum machine. top
Where are you located and what areas does Servisity serve?
Servisity Inc. has one office in North York and another one in Mississauga both serving the GTA top
What are the services not offered by Servisity?
We do not clean chandeliers, We do not offer laundry services till the moment, We do not clean the outside of windows, We
do not scrub hard wood floors (only kitchen/bathroom floors), We do not answer clients telephone or take messages
, We do not move large or heavy items that may cause injuries (applies to residential clients) top
What preparation is necessary for the cleaning team or person to complete their
task?
We ask that you remove any extraneous items such as books, clothes, laundry, pans, pots, etc. before we
arrive this will make our job much easier. If your freezer needs to be cleaned we ask that you unplug your fridge the night
before and if your stove needs to be cleaned please spray with oven cleaner the night before. Supplies such as a mop, bucket
, a broom, a dust pan, paper towels, and scotch sponges must be available to us in case you are requesting to use your own equipment. top
