Regular Cleaning services could be on a weekly basis - once or more times a week or on a fortnight basis. The minimum of cleaning hours for a house done on a weekly basis is 3 hours per visit and 4 hours for fortnight cleanings. The cleaning includes all general and thorough cleaning tasks done on a regular basis. The regular cleaners must be offered to work at least 4 hours weekly or more to complete the regular cleaning duties in your house if regular general cleaning is required. For Move in/out cleaning we wil come and do:

• Clean all windows, window frames, sills.
Clean all skirting and wash the doors.
• Wash all sockets and switches.
• Clean all skirting boards.
• Clean all kitchen, bedroom, living room and etc. cupboards inside and out.
• Clean and polish all kitchen, bedroom, living room and etc. surfaces and wooden works.
• Clean toilets inside and out.
• Wash the tiles and all basins in the bathrooms.
• Hoover and mop all floors and stairs.
• Make sure all the property is dust free.

Any building work or washing walls, ceilings, balconies and etc. must be required from our Special team cleaning or Special services from labourers, painters and etc. Washing up/laundry is not included in Move in/out cleaning. The place must be vacated from all the furniture.

The Client must supply the cleaning materials and equipment. Servisity cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful cleaning visit if the cleaning stuff is not supplied in full working order.

Servisity can provide all cleaning equipment and materials on request.

To guarantee that your agency will accept the property we would require to send for 2 bedroom house/flat at least 2 cleaners for minimum 4 hours per visit, however if you want to take the responsibility and supervise the cleaner(s) we'll send you as much people as you want.

You can book our special team cleaning, specially established to meet any problems you may have. Special team cleaning will settle them quicker and brighter then anyone else.
