For making sure all your requirements are met, we make regular meetings with our customers. Especially we do that in early stages of the contracts. We will place our supervisors to make sure that the cleaning is done as best as we can.
Before the service starts our Contract Manager will visit your place and will monitor it on regular intervals during the time of our contract to observe whether the Servisity’s quality standards are kept and ensure the client’s requirements.
Regular office cleaning services in the GTA includes general and thorough cleaning duties in your office on daily/weekly/fortnightly basis. The client can provide all the cleaning materials and equipment or it could be supplied from Servisity on request.
One-Off
One off office cleaning in the GTA is required by the clients who do not need a regular cleaning at their working places, but they book one when a need arises. It is suitable for not very busy environments or places with rare used areas.
Lots of companies need to change their working places for expansions or for many reasons. They need to leave the old rented/sold property in good conditions or when moving in the new one, they need to start working in a great freshly cleaned working environment.
Special team cleaning is a specially created special cleaning team to meet all the clients’ requirements, quickly and brightly, providing all cleaning equipment. Special team cleaning is appropriate for move in/out office cleaning or one off office cleaning.
We are specialised in office windows cleaning in the GTA for any size private homes/buildings for inside windows cleaning and buildings up to 2 floors for outside windows cleaning.
For Move in/out cleaning, Spring/One off cleaning and after builders cleaning the client may require our “Special team cleaning”. We will provide you with all the cleaning materials and equipment. The client is responsible for supplying the task list. Washing up/laundry is not included in Special team cleaning. The place must be vacated from all the furniture.
